CHEF DE RANG or HEAD WAITER/WAITRESS

5 Star award winning Hotel has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels and restaurants in Wales set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside overlooking the Preseli Hills. 

The food and beverage manager is now looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Rang or Head Waiter/Waitress to join the team.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Excellent experience at 2/3 rosette level and Michelin experience.
• Passionate about food and customer service.
