Responsibilities in your new role as F&B Team Leader
As an F&B Team Leader, you will support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage service across a range of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions of up to 500 guests. You'll help oversee the smooth running of banqueting operations, leading your team through set-up, service, and teardown while ensuring events are delivered to the highest standard.
You'll also support training and development within the team, provide excellent customer service, handle guest queries confidently, and assist with the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment where required.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual with a genuine passion for hospitality. Essential for this role is previous experience in a similar banqueting, bar, or restaurant environment, demonstrating a minimum of 2 years' experience within the sector. Previous experience in a supervisory role is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to guide and inspire a team. Experience working across different outlets and/or service styles is also highly valued, as is proficiency in English to ensure clear communication with our diverse guests and team members.
