Corporate Tax Manager

The expanding team of this Top 30 firm continues to go from strength to strength and is keen to recruit an additional manager to help with the high level of demand for their tax advisory service. 

Based in the London office which has a well established hybrid working policy, you will provide tax advice on a wide range of transaction based projects for active OMBs, large corporates and groups, some of which have an international dimension. Industry sectors are varied and include technology, manufacturing, hospitality and leisure, real estate, and financial services.  

You will be involved in a variety of projects especially mergers and acquisitions, reconstructions, disposals etc. This is a heavily client facing role and would suit someone who loves advising businesses at critical stages of their growth.
