Translate complex business needs into Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Success criteria and process models.
Perform gap analysis and impact assessments for system changes and enhancements.
Develop As-Is and To-Be process maps and target operating models.
Support the validation of solutions delivered against acceptance criteria, through test planning, execution, coordination, etc.
Partner with Architects or Development teams to produce appropriate design specifications.
Identify and assess risks within your subject matter area, lead risk-related dialogue as the SME for that domain, and support stakeholders in making informed, risk-based decisions. Mitigate risks in delivery while keeping to agreed plan and timeframes.
Support end-users by ensuring thorough understanding of user requirements and providing relevant process documentation.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to achieve departmental service-level agreements.
