💼 What You’ll Be Doing

🔥 Business Development (Must‑Have)

• Proactively identifying, approaching, and winning new clients
• Building a strong, repeatable pipeline of business
• Becoming a trusted partner through consultative selling

🎯 Full 360 Recruitment Delivery

• Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and your network
• Managing vacancies end‑to‑end: job ads, interviews, feedback, offers, onboarding
• Matching talent to client needs with speed, accuracy, and insight

🤝 Relationship Building

• Developing long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
• Providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice

📈 Targets & Performance

• Working to KPIs and revenue goals — and smashing them
• Taking full ownership of your desk and pipeline

⭐ What You Need to Bring

• 2+ years’ experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with proven billings
• Strong business development skills — confident winning and growing accounts
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation ability
• A proactive, resilient, results‑driven attitude
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple roles at once
• Experience using CRM systems, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter (ideal, not essential)
