IT Support Analyst, Christian Charity – International Relief, Midlands c£26-£30k (DOE) + benefits

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to join this global Christian international relief charity at their West Midlands UK HQ. This is an ideal role, and would suit, a recent graduate with an aptitude and a demonstrable interest in IT and technical support. Fantastic practical training is available from a supportive and enthusiastic team and manager. This is aimed as an entry level position and candidates should have a relevant degree qualification together with a basic familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments, good awareness of common office productivity tools (Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace) and a demonstrable understanding of basic IT concepts – devices, operating systems, applications & connectivity. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, follow processes and ask good technical questions. Additionally, you will have solid interpersonal and communication skills and a Christian Faith and demonstrate an enthusiasm for the Christian purposes of the organisation and be supportive of their Christian Ethos with your dealings internally and with external contacts. There is a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) under the Equality Act 2010 that the post holder will be a practising evangelical Christian (non-denominational).
