About the role
Service Support Analyst
Location: Aylesbury – Hybrid working
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + 15% Bonus
We’re looking for a Service Support Analyst to provide high-quality 1st and 2nd line IT support across the business.
You’ll be responsible for logging, triaging and resolving incidents and service requests, supporting users across Microsoft Azure, AVD, Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint, as well as laptops, desktops, printers and meeting room technology.
You’ll also support user access and joiner/mover/leaver processes, respond to cyber security alerts, maintain hardware and software inventories, and work closely with third-party technology providers.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Practical experience in a customer-facing IT support environment
- Strong Microsoft Azure and M365 experience
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of ITIL, information security and data protection
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
Microsoft 365 certification, ITIL knowledge and relevant technical qualifications are desirable.
