A private family based in Monaco is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organised nanny to care for their 6-year-old son. This is a long-term placement suited to a candidate who is confident, discreet, and able to provide both nurturing care and structured guidance.

Schedule

• Weekdays: 15:00 – 20:00
• Weekends: 09:00 – 20:00
• One day off per week (flexibility required)

Duties

• Collecting the child from school and overseeing afternoon/evening routines
• Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Supporting homework and academic development
• Preparing healthy, balanced meals for the child
• Maintaining a structured, calm, and positive environment
• Managing the child’s routine, including evening wind-down
• Packing and organisation for school and activities
• Travelling with the family when required

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a private household
• Experience with school-aged children
• Professional, polished, and highly discreet
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
• Warm and nurturing, with the ability to establish boundaries
• Fluent English essential; additional languages (French and/or Russian) advantageous
• EU passport or right to work in Monaco preferred
