Full-time English-speaking Nanny, Monaco – Ref: MVI030626

Location: Monaco
Start Date: As soon as possible
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (approximately 9:30am – 7:30pm, with a lunch break), plus two Saturdays per month, plus one night’s babysitting per week

Travel: Accompanying the family to Dubai for 20 days twice per year, Sardinia for one month, and one weekend per month in Italy (when required)
Salary: €3,500 per month dependent on experience

A warm and welcoming family based in Monaco is seeking an experienced, professional, and nurturing English-speaking nanny to care for their two young boys, aged 8 months and 2 years.  You must be within walking distance to Monaco or have your own transport to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, loving, and age-appropriate care for both children
• Planning and implementing engaging educational and developmental activities
• Supporting the children’s daily routines, including meals, naps, hygiene, and playtime
• Encouraging language development and learning through play and interaction
• Maintaining a safe, stimulating, and organised environment
• Nursery duties related to the children, including:
  • Keeping children’s areas tidy and organised
  • Children’s laundry and wardrobe management
  • Preparing children’s meals and snacks
  • Managing toys, equipment, and nursery supplies

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience caring for babies and toddlers
• Fluent English speaker (native level preferred)
• Relevant childcare qualifications and/or strong professional references
• Warm, energetic, proactive, and highly organised
• Flexible and willing to travel with the family on occasion
• Excellent understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
• First Aid qualification is advantageous

Additional Information

• Live-out position; the nanny will commute to the family home each day
• The family speaks Italian at home
• A separate housekeeper attends the property twice per week, so housekeeping responsibilities are limited to tasks relating to the children
