Optometrist - Newbury

Our client is seeking an Optometrist to join their professional, friendly, and expanding independent optical group. Working across established practices in Thame and Newbury, you’ll be supporting a loyal and long-standing patient base. Both full and part-time applicants will be considered. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality eye care and optical services within a professional and welcoming setting. You will work independently, ensuring patient satisfaction while upholding the company's values of excellence and personalised care.

• Deliver outstanding customer care and professional services.

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and provide accurate prescriptions.

• Extended test times of 50 minutes to allow you time with each patient

• Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring their individual needs are met.

• Collaborate with a cohesive team to maintain a high standard of patient experience.

• Stay updated with the latest clinical practices.

• Participate in Continuous Education and Training (CET) opportunities.

• Contribute to the smooth operation of the store and its reputation for excellence.
