Practice Manager - Chippenham

Chippenham, a historic market town in Wiltshire, is renowned for its charming surroundings, welcoming community, and excellent quality of life. As the Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of this patient-focused practice. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the practice, ensuring excellent patient care, and leading by example while developing and training your team.

• Deliver total customer satisfaction through excellent products and services.

• Motivate, support, and coach your team, helping them grow into effective leaders.

• Oversee stock control and ensure the practice is running efficiently.

• Support the optical and hearing test clinics, assisting with their smooth operation.

• Drive team performance to meet and exceed targets through coaching and development.

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Optical or Hearing Assistant.

• A strong track record in team support and development.

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience.

• Salary is dependent on experience.

• Ongoing training and development.
