Client Care Advisor

If you enjoy providing great service and working in a team, we have just the opportunity for you at Chippenham Vets for Pets! We are looking for a Client Care Advisor to join our practice in a permanent part-time role, working 2.5 days per week with 1:4 Saturdays. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to our clients while ensuring a seamless connection between them and our clinical team. Building strong relationships with clients and their pets will be essential, as your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their experience at our practice.

Your role will involve greeting clients, managing appointments and payments, and coordinating day-to-day routines using our online booking system. While previous receptionist experience is preferred, it is not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm for helping people and their pets, as well as your ability to remain calm and attentive under pressure.
