What You'll Be Doing:

Pioneering and delivering the school’s vision for inclusion and SEND
Leading and managing an expert multidisciplinary inclusion/SEND team
Designing, monitoring, and evaluating impact of robust interventions across the key stages
Collaborating with leadership, teachers, and external partners to maximise pupil progress
Ensuring effective EAL, SEMH, and differentiated teaching strategies at every level
Analysing inclusion data, reporting to Governors and shaping next steps for excellence
