What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering 1:1 and group interventions as a trusted Behaviour Mentor
Supporting students in self-regulation, conflict resolution, and resilience
Collaborating with expert SENCO and teaching teams to design behaviour plans
Monitoring, recording and reporting on student progress and engagement
Creating a welcoming, safe space for pupils to reflect and reset
Contributing to restorative practices and school-wide inclusion initiatives
