Leading and inspiring the EYFS team to deliver outstanding provision
Driving curriculum innovation, pedagogy and assessment best practice

Collaborating with SLT and contributing to strategic whole-school improvement
Leading parent engagement and supporting positive transitions to KS1
Ideal EYFS Phase Leader for this Redbridge School:
UK-trained EYFS teacher with QTS
Track record of Good or Outstanding teaching, with strong references
ECTs considered if exceptionally driven and impactful in Early Years
Inspiring classroom practitioner with a solution-focused mindset
Demonstrated leadership within EYFS or readiness to step into phase leadership
