Junior Graphic Designer

Joining the in-house design team at one of the UK’s largest workplace design companies, a B Corp that has spent two decades transforming major offices for blue-chip clients, from global banks to some of the world’s largest law firms. 

The team is small and established, and this role adds a second Junior into the mix.

The Role
You’ll produce the marketing collateral that fronts the business to its clients, from bids, tenders, and product pages to case studies and social content. This is the work that helps win and retain relationships, so it matters commercially, and it moves quickly.

You’ll build and manage the brand templates that keep design consistent across the business, coordinate with the Bid Manager on accuracy, organise photography for case studies, and schedule social content. There’s real appetite here to move beyond static design – the team wants someone who can bring content to life through animation and video, and to capture professional-standard photography of projects and events.

The Person
You’re 1 – 2 years into your design career, likely at an agency, studio or in-house marketing team, already producing brand and marketing collateral. You’re strong across InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with capability in animation and video editing, and Figma is an advantage.
