FLT Counterbalance Driver

Connect Appointments is recruiting FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join an established recycled plastics manufacturing business based in Rhyl.

Our client operates a busy manufacturing and recycling facility, converting waste plastic into sustainable building products.

What’s on offer?

• Full-time permanent position
• Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts:
• Week One: 6am to 2pm
• Week Two: 2pm to 10pm
• Week Three: 10pm to 6am
• £13 per hour

As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, your duties will include:

• Safely operating a Counterbalance forklift throughout the facility
• Operating shredding equipment as part of the recycling process
• Moving and organising materials and finished products across the site
• Adhering to all health and safety standards throughout the shift

To be considered as an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will need:

• A valid, accredited Counterbalance forklift licence is essential
• A minimum of 1 year’s Counterbalance driving experience
• Previous experience in a recycling or waste management environment is essential
• A reliable, safety-focused approach to work
