Delivering bespoke 1:1 and small group interventions in science lessons
Preparing practical experiments and supporting dynamic lab activities
Collaborating closely with Science Teachers to develop engaging resources
Identifying and supporting students with additional SEN/learning needs
Tracking student progress, providing feedback, targeting achievement gaps
Leading STEM clubs and extracurricular enrichment where possible
Ideal "Science Teaching Assistant" for this Barking and Dagenham School:
First or Upper Second (2:1) Science degree from a top university
