About the role
Customer Service, Sale.
£12.82ph, Temp.
Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with inbound calls from customers helping with queries
- Making/arranging callbacks to customers
- Responding to new inquiries through a live chat platform
- Responding customer emails
- Ensuring customers receive important updates
- Ad-hoc data tasks as required
Desirables:
- Experience within Customer Service/Administration
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent time management
Close to public transport and parking on site. This role has a very strong opportunity to go permanent.
