About the role
Property Management Co-ordinator Sale £13.00-£14.00ph doe
** 2 days per week, ideally Thursday and Fridays **
Our client is a well-established, lettings and estate agency who are looking for a confident, dynamic and driven Customer Service professional who will join a successful team, in return you shall receive over 20 years industry experience and full training
Responsibilities:
- Taking customers enquiries about properties, organising viewings and matching them to rental properties
- Organising viewings, providing customer updates on available rentals
- Negotiating offers between prospective tenants and landlords
- Booking maintenance staff to fix any remedial issues
- Raising sales invoices and undertaking all compliance documentation
- Attending viewings
The ideal candidate will have a dynamic approach, and must have worked in either the property management, lettings or sales estate agency sectors as industry knowledge is key
** Must have a clean driving licence **
