About the role
Job Title: Fire and Security Installation Engineer
Location: Manchester
Salary: From £32000 to £40000 per annum
Are you looking for a Fire and Security Installation Engineer position working in Manchester? As a Fire and Security Installation Engineer, you will be expected to install fire alarm and electronic security systems across commercial sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard. You will be working for an established fire and security company delivering installation projects across the region.
Responsibilities:
● Install fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
● Carry out first and second fix works across commercial projects
● Test systems and ensure full operation before handover
● Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
● Experience installing fire alarm and electronic security systems
● Strong understanding of installation standards across both disciplines
● ECS / CSCS Card preferred
● FIA qualifications beneficial
