Medical Receptionist – Warrington | £12.50 per hour + Holiday Pay | Immediate Start

Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a temporary position in Warrington, offering an immediate start.

Location: Warrington
Rate: £12.50 per hour + holiday pay
Contract: Temporary
You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at a busy medical practice. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in a medical reception or healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients and visitors to the practice
• Answering and directing telephone calls
• Booking and managing appointments using clinical systems
• Processing prescriptions and referrals
• Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist (essential)
• Familiarity with clinical systems (e.g. EMIS, SystemOne)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt in a busy environment
