They're now looking for a strategic and hands-on People & Culture Manager to elevate their people function and support their next stage of growth. If you're a CIPD-qualified HR professional with proven experience managing a remote workforce, this could be your perfect next step. The Role As People & Culture Manager, you'll own the full employee lifecycle - from attracting top talent to developing high-performing teams and cultivating a culture where people thrive. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll shape and deliver a people strategy that supports rapid growth, strengthens engagement, and ensures best-in-class HR practices across a remote-first environment. What You'll Be Doing Develop and implement a forward-thinking people strategy aligned to business goals Manage and support a fully remote workforce, fostering connection, accountability, and performance Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusive culture initiatives Lead performance management, empowering managers to deliver impactful feedback Design and roll out learning and development initiatives that drive growth Oversee HR compliance, policies, and best practice standards Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on all people matters What We're Looking For CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum; Level 7 desirable) 7+ years' progressive HR experience Demonstrated experience managing and supporting a remote or hybrid workforce Strong knowledge of HR best practice and UK employment legislation Commercially aware, strategic, and comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised, discreet, and adaptable Why Join?
