The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll help deliver a welcoming and engaging shopping experience while supporting the commercial and operational priorities of your store. You’ll represent the H&M brand when speaking with customers and use your product and fashion knowledge to offer relevant guidance.

You’ll work within a store team that may include other Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers. Together, you’ll maintain an inspiring environment for customers while working towards store goals and sales targets.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and providing attentive, helpful service.
• Using your knowledge of products and current fashion trends to guide and inspire customers.
• Supporting daily commercial and operational activity across the store.
• Working with colleagues to contribute towards sales targets and wider store goals.
• Keeping informed about relevant brands, competitors and developments in fashion.
• Sharing and receiving constructive feedback to support individual and team development.
