Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with their inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Your duties will include maintaining product displays, restocking shelves, and organizing inventory to create an inviting environment for our customers. You will also handle cash transactions, process sales, and ensure the accuracy of transactions at the point of sale.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, allowing them to connect with customers effectively. Previous retail experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
