Are you an experienced property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

POSH PADS is looking for an energetic, highly organised ARLA-qualified Property Branch Manager to help oversee our busy portfolio of student accommodation across Southampton and Portsmouth.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead day-to-day operations, manage compliance, coordinate maintenance, support the team and ensure everything runs smoothly across the business.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is ARLA qualified (essential)
Has property management or lettings experience
Loves being busy and solving problems
Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Can lead people and manage multiple priorities
Lives within 20 minutes of Southampton City Centre

What’s on offer?

Up to £45,000 basic salary

Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm
