Their Edinburgh showroom is the largest and busiest within the business, and they’re now looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to inspire, develop and lead the team, whilst continuing to deliver the exceptional customer experience that has become synonymous with the brand.

• Ensure outstanding visual merchandising and presentation standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and represent the brand within the local community.
• Take ownership of all day-to-day operations.

About You

• You’ll probably already be a successful Store Manager within a premium retail environment, although we’d also love to hear from exceptional Assistant Managers who feel ready to take the next step in their career.
• You’ll enjoy building relationships with customers and leading a team that thrives on delivering a genuinely consultative retail experience.
• You’ll have a genuine passion for coaching and developing people.
• Have strong commercial awareness.
• Possess a customer-first approach.
• Have outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• The confidence to lead from the front in a busy, fast-paced environment.
