About the role
Job Title: Fire Alarm Installation and Commissioning Engineer
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: From £32000 to £40000 per annum
Are you looking for a Fire Alarm Installation and Commissioning Engineer position working in Birmingham? As a Fire Alarm Installation and Commissioning Engineer, you will be expected to install, test, and commission fire alarm systems across commercial sites, ensuring systems are delivered to specification and fully operational. You will be working for an established fire and security company carrying out projects across the region.
Responsibilities:
● Install fire alarm systems across commercial and industrial sites
● Carry out testing and commissioning of fire alarm systems
● Complete fault finding and rectify issues during handover
● Ensure all job paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
● Experience installing and commissioning fire alarm systems
● Strong understanding of fire alarm testing and cause and effect
● ECS / CSCS Card preferred
● FIA qualifications beneficial
