Holt Engineering is recruiting for a Factory Labourer to join a well-established and growing automotive operation in Poole.
This is a great opportunity for a mechanically minded, hands-on individual who enjoys working with tools and assembling mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities for the Factory Labourer:
- Assemble and fit mechanical and automotive components
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow technical instructions and assembly processes
- Inspect components to ensure quality standards are met
- Work efficiently to meet production targets
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Previous mechanical, assembly or hands-on experience
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Good practical and mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and hardworking approach
- Good health and safety awareness
- Ability to work well as part of a team
