About the role
We are looking for a Data Administrator to join a busy data team, supporting the accurate creation, maintenance and validation of data across a range of business systems.
You’ll play an important role in maintaining data quality, supporting data migration projects and providing day-to-day data administration and reporting support.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Experience working with data and maintaining accurate records.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- An understanding of data protection, confidentiality and compliance.
- A methodical approach and the ability to manage routine and ad-hoc tasks.
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Create, update and maintain master data records across business systems.
- Support data migration through data cleansing, validation and transformation.
- Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete or inconsistent records.
- Complete daily report refreshes and respond to ad-hoc data requests.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Support the wider data team with queries, validation and routine activities.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of training and data documentation.
Salary & Working Hours
- £13.07 per hour
- 20 days holiday plus banks
