Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent | Immediate Start
We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our service in Crewe (CW1) on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Key Requirements
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive
- Experience supporting individuals with Autism and mental health needs
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to prepare traditional English meals
- Full-time availability, including weekends, waking nights, and sleep-in shifts
- Local candidates from the Crewe (CW1) area are preferred
- Must Have Practical Moving and Handling certificate
- DBS must be child and Adult enhanced and on the update service
Shift Pattern
- Typical shifts between 07:00 – 22:00
- Waking nights and sleep-in shifts may also be required
- including weekends

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with service users
- Relevant training and practical experience in health and social care
