Our client is a prestigious, successful estate agency in Ormskirk and they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their expanding team. The position will be based within a busy office, working with a team of experienced sales professionals and this fast-paced role will involve the entire sales process from arranging viewings and valuations to negotiating offers and progressing the sale right through to completion. Due to continued business growth, they are looking for a professional and driven salesperson who is looking for the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Experience within a target driven sales role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Well-presented and career focused
• Confident, Ambitious and Enthusiastic
• Able to work under pressure
• A team player
• Must be able to work weekends

The role also offers an excellent work place culture with amazing incentives, rewards and career progression. Working hours are Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend work when needed. Basic salary is £25,000 - £30,000 dependent upon experience, plus commission.
