General Practice Surveyor (Regeneration)

A rare opportunity has become available for an MRICS General Practice Surveyor looking to utilise their existing experience into a distinctive area of General Practice surveying.   A well established and highly regarded practice in the North West is currently looking to recruit an MRICS Surveyor into the Regeneration team.   Working as part of the busy Regeneration team, you will be responsible for providing clear advice to clients such as local authorities, private developers, and public sector funding bodies, surrounding development viability (preparation of large scale economic viability assessments) to development specific valuations and appraisals.   Previous experience in all aspects of development economics and valuation (development appraisals) is essential for this position, coupled with strong knowledge of all relevant planning legislation. You will be a good communicator, with excellent negotiation skills, someone who can build rapport and think outside the box when it comes to problem solving.
