Graduate Property Administrator – Central London – £28k + bonus Joining in the heart of the team, you will take on a varied position managing a variety of administrative tasks. You will be given excellent training and mentorship to build upon your existing few months of administrative experience. Day to day, you will: Lead on the tenancy lifecycle, managing legal and financial paperwork for both tenants and guarantors Financial onboarding of tenancies Legal and contractual work Coordinate and manage internal teams as well as external providers to ensure properties are kept to high standards of decor, health and safety, and compliance Assist existing tenants with day-to-day queries over WhatsApp and other channels Compliance management, including inspections, HMO requirements etc. What do you need for this one? Degree educated in your chosen field of study (Law and Business degrees would be a bonus but not a necessity) A minimum of 3 months administrative experience in any setting The ability to interview immediately and to start ASAP
