Property Administrator

As a property administration assistant within an extremely busy team, you will assist the sales team with all of their duties, dealing with vendors and third-party clients on a daily basis. You must be able to work to weekly targets and KPI’s, you will proactively contact prospective vendors to arrange property viewings and valuations, along with upselling a range of additional services to your clients. You will be responsible for marketing properties line, dealing with incoming telephone enquiries and carrying out various administrative duties such as updating the database, logging sales particulars and updating the daily sales figures. This is a busy and varied role where you will be challenged every day and you will have an opportunity to make a real difference to the success of the company.
