About the role
This is a rare opportunity to join a small and very busy team to support with administration in this ever-extending company. The is a lovely, varied role, from answering the telephones and greeting customers and clients in a professional manner, to contacting suppliers to place orders.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with customers over the telephone and dealing with enquiries/taking messages/transferring calls to correct personnel
- Greeting customers in reception
- Inputting into Excel
- Emailing correspondence
- Liaising internally
- Contacting suppliers
Our client is looking for someone who has a flexible working attitude, who will be part of their team and be happy to get stuck into any admin work needed!
- Hours are fully time Monday to Friday, 37.5 per week.
- This is a temporary ongoing role.
- Immediate start!
- £14 per hour
