Head of Lettings and Property Management

We currently have a rare opportunity for a high calibre Head of Lettings and Property Management, to be responsible for the entire portfolio management of around 2500 properties, consisting of purpose-built student apartments and BTR developments, mainly located across the Liverpool.

You will oversee all management of the onsite lettings and PM teams, ensuring that all buildings are fully let and the property management function runs smoothly. You will manage, motivate and develop a large team of managers and agents, ensuring that they are fully trained and able to offer tenants an exceptional level of service.

We are looking for a highly driven and commercially aware Director level candidate, who can maximise growth within the company. The business is continually expanding, there are already a further 500 units set to complete as part of the portfolio next year, with many more projects in the pipeline. This role is set to grow over the next few years, potentially becoming partner/MD level so we are looking for an ambitious candidate who is looking for long term career progression and growth.

As well as having a proven track record in both student and BTR lettings, you will also have a full knowledge of all property management legislation, compliance, health and safety. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the teams are kept up to date with this and managing the buildings to a very high standard.

Our client is offering a lucrative package of £60,000 - £80,000 plus commission, car allowance and many other rewards.
