Marketing Assistant 📍 Bracknell | Hybrid (2 days per week in-office) 🕒 6‑month contract 💷 £140 per day 📄 IR35: TBC Looking for a hands‑on Marketing Assistant who loves getting stuck into data as much as delivery. This is a great opportunity to join a fast‑paced consumer marketing team where you'll support both marketing execution and commercial analysis. What you'll be doing Supporting the marketing team with sales performance analysis, forecasting and reporting Building and maintaining Excel reports from scratch to compare datasets and track trends Monitoring market and competitor activity Tracking promotions, budgets and KPIs Supporting presentations and trade marketing materials Working cross‑functionally with sales, supply chain and external partners Auditing online retail content to ensure accuracy and optimisation Helping with events and general marketing activity when needed What we're looking for Intermediate-advanced Excel skills (essential) Comfortable working with data, dashboards and insights Strong PowerPoint skills Highly organised, detail‑driven and able to juggle priorities Confident communicator and team player Background in marketing, business or analytics (degree level preferred) This role suits someone early in their marketing career who wants real commercial exposure, variety, and the chance to build strong foundations for future progression.
