Zest4Talent is recruiting for a BREEAM Consultant to join an established sustainability consultancy delivering BREEAM New Construction assessments across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified BREEAM Assessor looking to take ownership of projects, work closely with developers and design teams, and further develop their career within a growing sustainability-focused business.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering BREEAM New Construction assessments from design through to certification
Managing multiple projects across a range of sectors
Providing sustainability advice to clients, architects and design teams
Reviewing project evidence and preparing assessment submissions
Supporting project teams to achieve targeted BREEAM ratings
Building and maintaining strong client relationships

What we’re looking for:

Licensed BREEAM New Construction Assessor
Minimum 2 years’ BREEAM consultancy experience
Strong understanding of BREEAM methodology and assessment processes
Experience liaising with clients, contractors and design teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Desirable:

BREEAM AP qualification
Whole Life Carbon or OneClick LCA experience
Experience supporting sustainability strategies and reporting
