My Client is seeking a motivated and passionate Electrical Installation Lecturer to join their dedicated education and training team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of electricians by delivering high-quality teaching and assessment across a range of Electrical Installation programmes, including Levels 1-3 qualifications and apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities

As an Electrical Installation Lecturer, you will:

✅ Deliver engaging teaching, learning and assessment across Electrical Installation courses and apprenticeship programmes.

✅ Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support successful achievement.

✅ Develop schemes of work, learning resources, and assessment plans to meet curriculum requirements.

✅ Build strong relationships with employers, awarding organisations, and external stakeholders.

✅ Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• An Approved Electrician qualification.
• Experience delivering Electrical Installation training or education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible, confident, and professional approach.
• A genuine commitment to supporting learner success and achievement.
