Are you leaving the Armed Forces or already a military veteran with experience in engineering, electronics, avionics, vehicle maintenance, weapons systems or mechanical assembly?
We’re recruiting for a Production Technician to join a growing British engineering manufacturer producing high-quality electro-mechanical products used in demanding environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for former REME, Royal Engineers, Royal Signals, RAF Engineering Trades, Royal Navy Engineering Technicians, or anyone with strong hands-on technical skills who enjoys building, testing and fault-finding precision equipment.
What They Are Looking For
They’re looking for people who enjoy practical engineering and take pride in producing work of the highest standard.
Ideally, you’ll have:
– Electro-mechanical assembly experience (advantageous).
– Electronics knowledge or soldering skills (beneficial).
– A strong technical mindset and excellent attention to detail.
– The ability to read engineering drawings and follow technical instructions.
– Good problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication skills.
– A positive, team-focused attitude.
– Basic computer literacy.
– The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Military technical training and experience will be highly regarded.
