Property Manager

Our client is an award-winning prestigious property organisation who are going through a period of substantial growth and they are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team at their Head Office in Sale. An exciting time to be joining this ambitious company who are dedicated in providing an exceptional service to their clients alongside offering a supportive and collaborative work environment to their staff. This role will involve managing their BTR portfolio and you will be working with a dynamic team of property professionals. Duties and responsibilities will include:

• First point of contact for all landlord and tenant enquiries
• Preparing tenancy paperwork
• Arranging maintenance with contractors
• Rent renewals
• Property inspections
• Managing rental arrears
• Assessing contractor work
• Negotiating and revising costs
• Issuing section notices
• Ensuring full legislative compliance
• Providing an exceptional level of service

This is a busy and challenging role, and customer service experience is essential! You must have excellent organisational skills, have strong relationship management skills and be able to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner as no two days will be the same! Our client is offering a basic of £25,000 - £26,500 plus bonus. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm. No weekends. Other benefits include:
