About the Role
As a Senior Team Member, you will provide fast and friendly service to our customers, prepare our much-loved products, and keep the shop clean, tidy, and welcoming. In this key-holding role, you will also support the Shop Manager and Supervisors by taking responsibility for looking after the shop during certain times of the day.
Whether customers are ordering in-store or online across our various channels—in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru—you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering fast, friendly, and engaging customer service.
Preparing fresh, much-loved food and managing shop displays.
Taking on key-holder responsibilities to look after the shop at designated times.
Supporting store leadership and maintaining high shop standards.

About You
Experience: Some previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment is preferred. Supervisory experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training and support will be provided!
