Head of Talent

Our client is a prestigious, award-winning estate agency on the Wirral who are going through a period of expansion and looking to appoint a Head of Talent to join their management team in their Head office. Reporting to the Operations Director, the person will be responsible for the recruitment of employees and their development in line with company standards up to their 6 month probationary review. An amazing opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who has previous experience of the whole recruitment process. This would suit someone who has worked in a similar role in house or agency. Some of the duties of the role will include:

• Identifying employment needs
• Creating and posting engaging job adverts
• Sourcing talent
• Liaising with recruiters
• Interviewing candidates
• Benchmarking candidates
• Processing the candidates through to job offer
• Onboarding of new starters

This is an exciting role which is ideal for someone who thrives upon working in a fast-moving environment and has experience of working in a target driven role. You must have demonstrable experience of coaching/developing employees as you will supporting new starters through their probationary period and aiding them with all they need to know about the expectations of their new role! Our client is offering a basic salary of £35,000 - £50,000 dependent upon experience plus commission and company car/car allowance.
