Your responsibilities will include: Manage full ‑ cycle recruitment for roles across multiple functions, with a strong emphasis on Go ‑ to ‑ Market positions (e.g. BDRs, AEs, CSMs) Partner closely with hiring managers and Sales leadership to align on role scope, priorities, and hiring decisions Proactively source talent through referrals, direct sourcing, job boards, networking, and market mapping Own and effectively prioritize 8+ requisitions in a fast ‑ paced, high ‑ volume environment Contribute to employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, and employee referral programs Use recruitment data and metrics to inform decision ‑ making and share clear, tactical hiring insights with recruiting managers Balance speed of hiring with quality of hire, ensuring roles are filled efficiently while maintaining a strong bar for talent OK, I'm interested... but is this really the job for me?
