Graduate Property Management Surveyor

A truly exceptional opportunity has become available for a Graduate Property Management Surveyor to join a prestigious property company in Manchester City Centre, forming part of the Property Management team.   This role is available due to internal promotion, and you will be joining the company at an exciting time of business growth. This position will be suited to a Commercial Property Graduate who has a passion for Commercial Property, and who wants to develop and focus their surveying career looking after some of the most prestigious properties in Manchester. The role of Graduate Property Management Surveyor will involve you working closely with the Head of Department, and you will be responsible for delivering a seamless experience for tenants, providing a crucial role between them, facilities management, finance, and other teams. You will be given fantastic exposure to managing a prestigious portfolio, and will be responsible for the following,

• Contract administration, reading and interpretation of lease documentation
• Reviewing tenancy data, planning for key lease events, service charges etc
• Working with the Management and Financial team to prepare service charge budgets
• Tenant liaison, building positive relationships through regular meetings
• Undertaking property inspections
• Supporting the team in ensuring vacant properties are let

  As the successful Graduate Property Management Surveyor, you will be/have

• An RICS accredited degree in Real Estate or similar
• A strong communicator, someone who finds it easy to build rapport, and it goes without saying that you will have a real passion for property management and commercial property in general
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  Salary is c£25,000-30,000 doe plus bonus, and benefits.
