Asset Manager (Client-Side)

I am keen to speak to Asset Managers in Lancashire about an impressive client-side opportunity.

This role is an ideal opportunity for an Asset Manager with either public sector or Consultancy experience looking to move Client-Side, or an existing Client-Side Surveyor looking to move into a role with more autonomy, and where you will be an integral member of this company.

The portfolio that you will be responsible for as Asset Manager is based predominately in the North West with certain assets also based in London (travel to London once a month), comprising of leisure and retail parks, industrial sites, shopping centres, and car parks.

Responsibilities within this Asset Management position will include maintaining successful tenant relationships, building a robust demand pipeline, the letting of vacant commercial space, preparing terms and licences, and in-house leases, and being responsible for lease negotiations, all the time keeping a strong continued focus on improving the portfolio and developing a clear commercial strategy.

Salary and package are highly negotiable depending on experience, with a salary of c£50,000 doe plus lucrative bonus based on individual and company performance.
