MRICS/AssocRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor

Due to the company’s continued success an opportunity has become available for an MRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor to join the Liverpool team. As the successful MRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor, you will be responsible for residential valuations including mortgage valuations and homebuyer inspections. As most of the work will be Homebuyer inspections, experience in this area is essential. You will be given autonomy to manage you own client relationships successfully, providing valuation reports to suit your individual clients’ needs. You will be dedicated in providing quality work, with a focus on combining your valuation experience and local knowledge to achieve a first-class service. To be successful within this position you need to be passionate about Residential Property, and in particular Valuation. You will be MRICS/FRICS plus a Registered Valuer, with solid Residential Valuation experience, including Homebuyer inspections.
