An opportunity has become available for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a developer in Preston. Based within the architecture department the successful candidate will work alongside a talented team of designers, architects and junior technologists to ensure the successful completion of nationwide schemes. The role will encompass a varied range of duties including technical detailing, project management and site visits. There is an opportunity to expand the role and take on further responsibility depending upon previous experience. The ideal Senior Architectural Technologist will have Revit skills and a proven track record of taking projects from inception to completion. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent technical detailing skills will ensure the ideal candidate can support the team across varied schemes. The role allows a high level of autonomy and would suit an ambitious Senior Architectural Technologist with the expertise to manage the various demands of projects.  As this is a pivotal role the ability communicate with all departments across the business is also key.
