Business Development Manager

Our client, a well-established property management organisation in the North West, currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join the team.

Working closely with the directors you will use your existing sales expertise and property knowledge to help build on the firms already extensive portfolio of residential and student properties.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving new business and with a strong sale focus will use their skills of negotiation and rapport building to help secure new opportunities for the company. The role will involve nationwide travel, as well as attending of networking events to enable you to do so.

This role is an ideal opportunity for an individual with previous Property Business Development experience, looking for the next step in their career. Our client is looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.

Basic salary is c£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, with an uncapped commission structure plus benefits.
